About Dr. Fouche
Dr. Fouche is a licensed clinical psychologist. She completed her master’s degree in Developmental Psychology from Tulane University, and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut. She also completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship at Texas A&M University.
Dr. Fouche currently maintains a private practice in Jackson, TN and Houston, TX. 

Dr. Fouche is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. She is a trauma-informed therapist and has had extensive training in various trauma-focused therapeutic modalities. In her clinical practice, she has worked with women who have experienced sexual trauma and the feelings of shame that often emerge afterward. During this presentation, she will speak about the impact of trauma and shame on our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and body sensations. She will also discuss therapeutic approaches to healing sexual trauma and developing shame resilience through advocacy.
