NFBPWC members and guests are invited to join us in our Friday Connections for an informal meeting.

Topic: Passing the Baton: How to find and set your successor up for success!

Join our national co-chairs of L3 Learning, Kathy Telban and Jane Taff, for a conversation on succession planning. This is the process of selecting and developing key talent to ensure continuity of critical roles for any organization.

Several NFBPWC members will share creative ideas on:

• how to find and encourage new talent, 
• some best practices in recruiting and development that have worked, and 
• why someone would say yes.

If you’d like to share what has worked for you or you are trying to identify members to encourage them to take the baton, come join our conversation!
