The Lifelong Leadership & Learning (L3) Committee continues to advance its com-mitment to empowering women through intentional leadership development and continuous growth.

Our mission:

To provide accessible, high-quality lifelong learning opportunities that empower women to develop leadership ca-pacity, strengthen pro-fessional skills, and ad-vance personal growth through education, col-laboration, and practical application.

We believe that leadership is a journey of continuous learning, reflection, and action. Through dynamic workshops, interactive sessions, and col-laborative engagement, the L3 program creates spaces where women can sharpen their skills, expand their perspectives, and lead with greater confidence and impact.

An Exciting Announcement

The L3 Committee is pleased to announce the launch of the BPW Paso Del Norte Virtual Workshops, beginning Saturday, March 28th.

These Zoom sessions will provide members with practical tools, leadership in-sights, and meaning-ful dialogue designed to strengthen both personal and profes-sional effectiveness.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commit-ment to bringing learning opportuni-ties directly to you, through our clubs, federations, and affili-ates wherever you are!
