Cancellation Policy: Terms and conditions: Cancellations may be considered fully refundable if requested 60 days prior to the first day of the Conference. Cancellations may be considered half refundable if requested 45 days prior to the first day of Conference. Any cancellations received after such dates will not be considered for refunds. Refunds: NFBPWC has the right to evaluate any refund request and to process or deny the refund at its discretion. If a refund is issued, the original credit card account used will be credited the amount received by NFBPWC minus any processing and /or cancellation fee(s).

Should members wish to reserve here are the rates: The rates for a 1 Bedroom Island Suite with breakfast would be $249 for single occupancy, $269 for double, $289 for triple, and $309 for quadruple. The suites have both 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Bed options.
